Harbor & Hill Design & Development is a founder-led practice based in Whatcom County, focused on helping homeowners and small-scale developers make clear, informed decisions early in the process.

While “we” reflects the studio and trusted collaborators, I am your primary point of contact from the first feasibility conversation through key project decisions.

My approach is straightforward: clarity first, design second.

I focus on early feasibility analysis, site strategy, and residential projects where understanding zoning, constraints, and realistic scope is critical before design or construction begins.

As a homeowner and parent, I value practical solutions and transparent communication. My role is to reduce uncertainty, surface tradeoffs early, and help clients move forward with confidence, whether that means proceeding, adjusting scope, or deciding not to build.
